Self pickup!

Do you have questions concerning the pickup of your inflatable? 

This is how it works. 

Step 1
Reserve online. It's quick and easy!
Select Private Party. Find your inflatable and click See Details below the picture. Go to the calendar and select the date you wish to reserve it for, 
Complete the form, read and accept the Rental Contract. Send your deposit. 
Three days will be automatically reserved for you - either Monday to Wednesday, or Friday to Sunday - depending on the date you selected. 

Step 2
You will receive an email from us a few days before your rental date so that you can select your pickup time and drop off time. 
Regular pick up and drop off times are:

Friday (pick up)
9:30 - 10:30 a.m.
  2:00 -  3:00 p.m. (this bloc is not always available
  4:30 -  5:30 p.m.

Sunday (drop off)
 3:00 - 3:45 p.m.
 6:00 - 6:30 p.pm (Winter)
  7:00 - 8:30 p.m. (Summer)

Monday (pick up)
  9:00 - 10:00 a.m.
  4:30 -  5:30 p.m.

Wednesday (drop off)
  7:30 -  8:00 p.m. 

In order for us to better serve you, it is very important that you come within the blocks you have selected.  

Step 3
Pick up Day
We will help you load the inflatable in your vehicle, as well as all the equipment necessary (blower, stakes or sand bags). You can also borrow extension cords and a dolly at no cost.
Make sure you come with the right size vehicle as indicated in the inflatable's description. If you see a SUV icon in the description, mesure the back door opening to make sure the inflatable will fit (measurements of the inflatable are also in its description). 
Pay for your rental! Once at our location, we will accept cash only as we have no Interac machine on hand. If you prefer paying by Interac, please do so the day BEFORE your pick up. 

Step 4
Drop off Day
Drop off is usually done at the end of the day so that you can enjoy more time with your family. We are also parents and understand how precious family time is. It is therefore important to return the inflatable within the block you have selected.
