Covid-19 procedure

1st step: Have you travelled in the last 14 days or been in contact with someone who has travelled? AND\OR Do you or a family member show any symptoms of Covid-19 (fever, cough or have difficulty breathing) in the last 14 days?

If your answers is yes to any of those questions, please wait an additional 14 days before you rent an inflatable from us.

2nd step:  Reservation!
If you answered no to the first step, you can either reserve using our new online reservation calendar (for pickups only) or you can call us or e-mail us to let us know which inflatable you would like to reserve. 

Rentals are for a period of 3 days when you pick up! We try to limits our number of deliveries.


3rd step: Pickup! 
We offer you 2 different days during the week to pick up your inflatable! Either Monday, with a return on Wednesday, or Friday, with a return on Sunday. You choose!

 Rental contract can be accepted directly on our website using the reservation calendar OR you can print, sign and e-mail it back to our email (for pickup only).  During a delivery a different rental contrat will be sent to your email with delivery procedure.

When you arrive, at the chosen time,  go to the back to the red garage and STAY IN YOUR VEHICLE! IF YOU MUST COME OUT, PLEASE WEAR A MASK. We will put the inflatable in your car OR truck OR trailer. The inflatable will have been  disinfected entirely before you arrive!
* It will be very important to respect the chosen time so that we only have a few clients at a time on our site,

4th step: Have fun! 
Have fun with your social circle in order to continue towards the end of this crisis which affects us all. Please follow government instructions during this pandemic when playing with inflatables. 

Before you return the inflatable, we ask that you clean the most touched surfaces such as the entrance, the floor and the stairs using a soft rag with water and soap. This keeps us safe.

5th steps: RETURN!
When you return the inflatable, we will work the same way as when you picked it up. We will unload the inflatable alone at the chosen time. WE ASK THAT YOU STAY IN YOUR VEHICLE. IF YOU MUST COME OUT, PLEASE WEAR A MASK. The inflatable will then be set aside for a period of 3-5 days without contact. After this time, we will check it and disinfect it entirely for the next customers. Your deposit will be reimbursed approximately 7 to 10 days after the return of the inflatable.
